Palm Springs Adventure Club is operated by Pink Mountain Ventures LLC, DBA Palm Springs Adventure Club ("PSAC," "we," "us," "our"), located at 301 N Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 103179, Palm Springs, CA 92262. This policy explains what information we collect through palmspringsadventureclub.com and our "Plan Your Day" booking form, and how we use it.
When you fill out the Plan Your Day form to book an adventure, we collect:
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide.
We use this information to plan and deliver your adventure, communicate with you about your booking, prepare and deliver gear, process payment, and — if you've opted in — send occasional updates about PSAC.
Booking form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to our team, via a Google Apps Script backend. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under its own security standards and privacy practices — PSAC's systems never see or store your full card number.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — currently Google (form storage), Stripe (payment processing), and, if you've opted in to text messages, Twilio (message delivery) — and only as needed to run your booking.
If you check the SMS opt-in box during booking, you will receive text messages from Palm Springs Adventure Club tied to your specific reservation, including gear delivery and trail-day logistics and deposit updates. This is optional and not required to book an adventure or use our Site. Message frequency varies by reservation, we don't send a recurring subscription of unrelated messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are never shared or sold to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We share your number only with Twilio, the messaging platform we use to deliver the texts described above on our behalf.
Our Site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers.
You can ask us to delete your booking information or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by emailing us. Custom Experience requests and general inquiries are handled the same way.
Our Site and booking form are intended for use by adults. Information about minors in your group is collected only as part of an adult's booking, for trip-planning purposes.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
