Palm Springs Adventure Club is operated by Pink Mountain Ventures LLC, DBA Palm Springs Adventure Club ("PSAC," "we," "us," "our"), located at 301 N Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 103179, Palm Springs, CA 92262. By booking an adventure or using palmspringsadventureclub.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
PSAC provides personalized guided desert trail adventures, route curation, gear rental, and after-trail recommendations in and around Palm Springs, California, booked through our "Plan Your Day" intake form.
Trail Guide Experience and Peaks to Pools Experience bookings are confirmed and paid for at the time of reservation through our Site. Custom Experience requests are reviewed and confirmed personally by our team before any payment is collected, since these adventures are individually planned.
Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices charged. Gear rental is priced per person and added to the experience total, as shown before you complete your reservation.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Hiking, trail running, and other outdoor desert activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, heat, dehydration, wildlife, and physical exertion. By booking an adventure with PSAC, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow your guide's instructions and use good judgment regarding your own physical limits and the physical limits of anyone in your group.
You're responsible for disclosing any physical considerations that could affect your safety on the trail so we can match you to an appropriate route. PSAC is not a substitute for medical advice.
Rental gear (daypack, trekking poles, water bottles, and related items) remains the property of PSAC and should be returned in the condition it was provided, normal wear excepted. Keepsake items included with certain tiers (bandana, tote, Turkish towel) are yours to keep.
Participants under 14 are welcome as part of a group booking but are not included in gear kit rentals. A responsible adult must be present for any participant under 18.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSAC and Pink Mountain Ventures LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in an adventure or use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
If you check the SMS opt-in box during booking, you agree to receive automated text messages from Palm Springs Adventure Club related to your specific reservation, including gear delivery and trail-day logistics and deposit updates. Message frequency varies by reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not required to book an adventure. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or a future booking after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
